周黎安，北京大学经济与管理学部主任，北京大学博雅特聘教授，北京大学“十佳教师”，第十四届全国政协委员，教育部“长江学者”特聘教授，北京市优秀教师。 1988年和1991年分别获得北京大学经济学学士和硕士学位；2002年获得美国斯坦福大学经济学博士学位。研究领域主要涉及政治经济学、产业组织、经济转型与发展。在American Economic Review, Review of Economics and Statistics, RAND Journal of Economics, Journal of Public Economics, Economic Journal, Journal of Development Economics, Journal of Economic History, Strategic Management Journal，《经济研究》《中国社会科学》《管理世界》等国内外一流经济学和管理学期刊发表论文60余篇，出版专著《转型中的地方政府：官员激励与治理》（第二版）（格致出版社和上海人民出版社）。
