刘烁，北京大学光华管理学院应用经济学系副教授，国家自然科学基金委优秀青年科学基金获得者。2019年毕业于瑞士苏黎世大学经济系，获经济学博士学位。目前主要研究领域为产业与组织经济学，博弈论，以及机制设计理论。研究成果发表于国内外知名学术期刊，如American Economic Review, Management Science, Theoretical Economics, Journal of Economic Theory, Economic Journal, RAND Journal of Economics，《经济学》（季刊）和《经济管理学刊》等。入选中国信息经济学乌家培资助计划（2022）以及“光华青年人才”项目。曾获科研和教学奖项包括北京大学教学优秀奖（2023）、北京银行奖教金（2021），苏黎世大学Forschungskredit Grant（2017），瑞士国家科学基金会Doc. Mobility Fellowship（2016），等等。目前主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目“市场竞争与有限理性消费者”，并参与重大项目“数字经济反垄断理论与政策研究”。
