刘玉珍教授现任北京大学博雅特聘教授,北京大学光华管理学院金融学教授、博士生导师,北京大学金融发展研究中心主任。曾任北京大学光华管理学院金融系主任、金融硕士项目主任。
刘玉珍教授的主要研究领域为行为金融、市场微观结构、财富管理以及量化投资产品设计。目前已在国际顶级学术期刊Journal of Financial Economics、Review of Financial Studies、Management Science (3篇)、Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis (2篇)、Review of Economics and Statistics共发表论文8篇,在国际高水平期刊如 Review of Asset Pricing Studies、Journal of Corporate Finance、Journal of Banking and Finance,中文顶级期刊如《经济研究》(2篇)、《管理世界》(3篇)等发表论文44篇。另有多篇论文在国际顶级期刊修改与评审中。
刘玉珍教授的学术成就获得了同行的高度认可。截止目前,英文学术论文的谷歌学术引用达4174次,超过100次引用的论文9篇。研究成果不仅被诺贝尔奖获得者Daniel Kahneman教授在The Economist上撰文推荐阅读,还曾被国际著名财经媒体如美国会计师协会文摘、美国商业周刊、彭博商业周刊、投资百科、福布斯等多次报道。于2017年荣获第二届中国金融研究杰出贡献奖(全国每年仅评选一人)。刘教授的研究论文曾获得首届孙冶方金融创新奖、第12届证券与金融市场年会(SFM)的最佳论文、第19届全球华人金融年会最佳公司金融论文奖、第六届中国金融学年会最佳论文奖、《金融研究》年度优秀论文等多个奖项、教育部新世纪人才支持计划、国家自然科学基金、北大中国工商银行教师奖等多个荣誉。
刘玉珍教授凭借在行为金融和证券市场制度设计领域的卓越成果,长期参与监管制度研究,积累了丰富的政策监管及实务经验。她曾多次受邀到中国证监会、上海证券交易所、中国金融期货交易所、深圳交易所、最高人民法院、中国银监会等部门参与资本市场监管措施和法规的研究。主持或参与的政策研究项目包括上市公司分红指引、上交所多次集合竞价制度、中国证监会投资者保护中心投资者情绪指数编制及投资者教育讲座、新三板流动性改革方案、上交所日内集合竞价改革方案、,中金所散户市场中高频交易制度改革方案、光大乌龙指事件判决等。
刘教授还有着丰富的学术和实务兼职。学术方面,曾承担Journal of Finance, Management Science, Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysi, s等多个国际重要期刊,国家自然科学基金面上项目、重大项目,香港科学研究奖励机构,以及十余种国际重要杂志的评审工作,并担任中国金融学年会、中国国际金融年会(CICF)、中国金融学术年会(CFRC)、EFMA等年会的委員。实务方面,她曾兼任中国金融期货交易所专家委员,证监会、中金所以及民生银行博士后站指导导师,证券公司独立董事等。
